  1. Plugged in or 4 cameras per instructions to charge. I got a brief steady green light (5 secs) on all 4 and then the lights all went out. After ‘charging’ for 7 hours, I still don’t know if they even took a charge. Also, one camera is on line but the other 3 are not. One even sounds an alarm when turned on. Frustrating!

    • It sounds like you’re having a tough time with the charging and setup of your Aosu security cameras. Here are a few suggestions that might help:

      • Charging Indicators: The brief green light indicates the cameras have started charging. However, the lights turning off after 5 seconds can be confusing. Try unplugging and replugging them, ensuring the charging cables are securely connected.
      • Checking the Charge: After charging for 7 hours, you should be able to check the battery level in the camera’s app. If the cameras aren’t showing a full charge, try using a different power source or cable to see if that makes a difference.

      • Connectivity Issues: For the cameras that are not online, try resetting them by holding the reset button for about 10 seconds until you see a flashing light. This should help reconnect them to your Wi-Fi network.
      • Alarm Sound: If one camera sounds an alarm when turned on, it might be a low battery warning or an indication that it’s not properly connected to the network. Ensure it’s fully charged and connected to Wi-Fi.

If these steps don’t resolve the issues, it might be worth reaching out to Aosu’s customer support for further assistance. They can provide more detailed troubleshooting steps or arrange a replacement if the cameras are faulty.

    • Hi there,

Thanks for your question! To change the panoramic view after moving your Aosu camera, you’ll likely need to recalibrate it. You can do this through the Aosu app:

      1. Open the app and go to the camera settings.
      2. Look for the option to reset or recalibrate the panoramic view (it might be labeled as “Set Viewing Area” or similar).
      3. Follow the prompts to adjust the camera’s perspective based on its new location.

This should help ensure the camera captures the correct panoramic area. Let me know if you need further help!

  2. One of two cameras is mounted high and won’t track humans fully. Default view is my driveway and people walking under the camera are tracked only until the camera is pointing down. The camera will not turn and track the person to the front door nor does it track long enough to capture continued movement in the opposite direction.
Also it would be nice if the panorama was greater than 180 degrees.

    • Hi there,

Thanks for your comment! It sounds like your camera’s tracking settings or its mounting angle might need some adjustments. Cameras can sometimes have limitations in their tracking range, especially if they’re mounted high or facing steep angles. You could try lowering the mounting position slightly or recalibrating the tracking settings through the Aosu app to improve coverage.

As for the panorama, many cameras are limited to 180 degrees, but you might consider repositioning the camera for broader coverage if possible. If the issue persists, reaching out to Aosu support could provide more tailored advice.

Let me know how it goes!

      Best regards,
